Overview
Create export jobs with column presets and audit trails, store files securely, and trigger automation using API, webhooks, and workspace events.
Problem
Teams can’t operationalize research without reliable delivery. Ad-hoc exports lack schemas, audit trails, and secure storage—and don’t integrate into automation.
Solution
ProspectLayer generates Export records with schema, created_by, and file pointers (signed URLs). It also exposes API endpoints and events so downstream apps can “activate” prospects into leads.
How it works
From a list, choose CSV (always) or XLSX (paid where enabled), pick a column preset, and generate an export. Export runs as a job, stores the output in File-Vault with a signed link, and emits events like `prospectlayer.export.ready`. The OS can then deep-link the export into Email Campaigns, VoiceLink, PulseGate, or external automation (Zapier/HubSpot) without ProspectLayer acting as a CRM or sender.
