Overview

Automate ProspectLayer jobs end-to-end: run bulk searches, enrich/verify lists, export results, and trigger outbound activation in your workspace apps.

Capabilities

• Triggers on ProspectLayer events: list ready, export ready, enrichment/verification completed, job failed

• Actions: start bulk search job, run enrich job, run verify job, create export (CSV/XLSX)

• Scheduled runs via cron/scheduler hooks (e.g., daily “New Clinics in Ikeja”)

• Guardrails: concurrency caps, retries/backoff, idempotent job keys

• Automatic routing: when export is ready → send to Email Campaigns / Calling / Messaging apps

   In ProspectLayer, open **API Console** and create an API key with scopes for jobs, lists, and exports.

   In FlowForge, go to Connections and add a **ProspectLayer** connection using the API key.

   Create a new Flow: Trigger → “Schedule” (or “prospectlayer.list.created”).

Limitations

• Job concurrency and scheduling frequency may be limited by workspace plan guardrails.

• Very large jobs may take time due to upstream throttling and internal rate limits.

• Some enrichment/verification checks depend on available signals (e.g., no domain → limited email discovery).
