Overview

Store ProspectLayer exports securely in your workspace file system, with signed download links, retention policies, and access controls.

Capabilities

• Export files stored with secure object pointers and signed URLs

• Folder routing rules (e.g., /Exports/ProspectLayer/<ListName>/)

• Retention policies and deletion hooks from Compliance Center

• Download audit trail for sensitive exports

• Share links and permissions controlled by workspace RBAC

   Step 1

   In ProspectLayer, create an Export (CSV or XLSX).

   Choose storage destination (default export folder) if prompted.

   Open File-Vault → Exports to find your ProspectLayer export file.

Limitations

• Signed links expire; regenerate from Exports page if needed.

• Very large exports may be generated asynchronously and appear when ready.
