Email Campaigns — Integration

Overview

Activate ProspectLayer lists into outbound: sync exports into campaigns, map fields, and launch sequences in your workspace email app.

Capabilities

• One-click “Send to Email Campaigns” from Lists and Exports

• Field mapping: name, company, email, phone, website, location, category, tags

• Auto-segmentation by filters (rating, review count, has website/phone)

• Deduped sync to avoid re-sending to the same domain/email

• Event-driven handoff: export ready → campaign draft created

   Step 1

   In ProspectLayer, open a List and click **Export** (CSV or XLSX where available).

   From the Export screen, click **Send to Email Campaigns**.

   Choose destination audience/list and map fields (email → primary_email, website → domain, etc.).

   Enable suppression rules (blocked domains/emails) if configured in Compliance Center.

   Create your sequence in Email Campaigns and send a test to verify personalization fields.

Limitations

• Email sending, inbox tracking, and sequencing are handled by the Email Campaigns app, not ProspectLayer.

• If prospects have no emails available, you may need enrichment runs first (where domain exists).
