Overview

Stream ProspectLayer activity into your workspace timeline: jobs started/completed, lists created, enrichment/verification runs, and export downloads.

Capabilities

• Timeline entries for SearchJob lifecycle (created, progressed, completed, failed)

• Audit-friendly entries for exports (who exported what, when, format, columns)

• Links back to the originating list, job report, and export file

• Filters by workspace, user, event type, and time range

   Ensure your workspace has Chronicle enabled (platform app).

   In ProspectLayer, enable “Emit timeline events” in Settings (if toggled).

   Run a bulk job and export a list to generate activity.

Limitations

• Chronicle stores activity summaries; full datasets remain in ProspectLayer and File storage.

• Some workspaces may restrict timeline visibility via RBAC policies.
