Overview

Click-to-call from ProspectLayer prospects and turn lists into calling batches with activity logged back to your workspace timeline.

Capabilities

• Click-to-call directly from prospect phone numbers (E.164 normalized)

• Create calling batches from Lists (selected subset or all)

• Disposition sync back to ListItems (called, no answer, qualified, etc.)

• Optional auto-verify phone normalization before batch creation

• Chronicle timeline events for call start/end and outcomes

   Step 1

   Run **Verify** on a list to normalize phones to E.164 (recommended).

   Open a List → Select subset (or Select all) → **Send to VoiceLink**.

   Choose calling rules (timezone windows, retries, disposition tags).

Limitations

• Voice calling, dialing, and recording controls are handled by VoiceLink.

• If a prospect lacks a phone number, it can’t be added to a calling batch.
