HubSpot — Integration

Overview

Push ProspectLayer prospects into HubSpot as Companies/Contacts (where emails exist), keep dedupe safe by domain, and sync enrichment fields into properties.

Capabilities

• Create/Update Companies by domain (safe upsert)

• Create/Update Contacts when a verified email is present (optional)

• Map enrichment fields into HubSpot properties (category, city, rating, website, socials)

• Sync notes/tags from ListItems into CRM notes (optional)

• Sync reports and reconciliation dashboard (created/updated/skipped)

   In ProspectLayer, open Settings → Integrations → **HubSpot** → Connect.

   Authorize OAuth and select target HubSpot account/portal.

   Choose upsert keys (domain for Companies; email for Contacts if enabled).

Limitations

• Contacts sync requires emails; companies can sync by domain even without emails.

• HubSpot API rate limits apply; large backfills are queued.
